Installation instructions
Follow the steps below , It usually takes less than 10 minutes for you to begin dialing.
Step 1
Double click the setup file you have downloaded. Click the "Next" button in the window of the installation program until navigate to the last page.
Step 2
For Single-Line Ecsow Auto Dialer
Once finish the installation, for the first time you start Ecsow Dialer (By default, it will connect to your desktop version of Skype for the phone service. You can change to the SIP(VoIP) Phone Service at anytime.)
For Multi-line Ecsow Auto Dialer, Voice Broadcast and Predictive Dialer
Once finish the installation, please start Ecsow Auto Dialer / Voice Broadcast / Predictive Dialer and go to the Ecsow menu "Tools" > "Options" > "SIP Account" tab to config your VoIP configuration.
Step 3
Config your country code and import your CSV contacts file to start dialing campaign!
