Five questions to ask any SIP provider

1. What is the exact rate to my three main destinations, in writing?
2. What is the billing increment — six seconds or sixty? On short calls this changes the bill more than the rate does.
3. Do you charge per channel, or only for the minutes I use?
4. Which countries can you actually terminate to, and which codecs do you support?
5. Is there a minimum deposit, and does the credit expire?
